This is the end of all roads. Skog and Mark is a dead-end. No one drives by. They have to turn back.
The only bypassers are hikers from the mountains. Some lost and some with a planned appointment.
Some of the roads in Skog have names. There are no roadsigns, but the villagers can tell you what’s what. All addresses are really house numbers.
There are two collective houses: a community center and a bakery cottage. Then there are a café and a coming museum of chain saws who is privately held.
